Summary
Randstad India is hiring a Software Engineer – Java Full Stack Development for a client in Bengaluru (temporary/contract). Minimum 5 years of Java full-stack experience; Angular and Spring Boot are must-haves.
Description
Act as an SME on a client engineering team in Bengaluru. Lead technical decisions, mentor juniors, and deliver scalable full-stack solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular (React is a plus).
Responsibilities
- Act as an SME; collaborate and manage the team to deliver outcomes
- Own team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across teams
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members to support professional growth
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development
- Proficiency in Angular, Java Full Stack Development, and Spring Boot
- Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end frameworks and best practices
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Familiarity with version control and continuous integration
- Competence writing clean, well-documented, and testable code
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in React
- Experience mentoring engineers and influencing multi-team technical decisions
