  • Provide Level 2/3 support, identifying root causes and implementing permanent fixes to prevent recurring incidents
  • Implement, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure and associated technology platforms
  • Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient, reliable deployments (including one-click deployments, rollbacks, and parameterized builds)

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
  • Proficiency in infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates)
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Solid understanding of system monitoring, logging, and alerting tools
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)
  • Knowledge of networking, security principles, and cloud architecture best practices
  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles and Agile methodologies
  • Experience implementing automation and self-service solutions
  • Experience supporting production systems and handling incident management
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with microservices architecture
  • Knowledge of security and compliance standards
  • Experience working in large-scale or enterprise environments
  • Exposure to Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices
  • Competitive compensation, 18 annual leave days, 12 sick days, and health insurance
